2. General Return Policy

We prioritize customer satisfaction and address genuine concerns where applicable. Returns and refunds are applicable only in the cases mentioned below.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To help us verify the issue, we may require:

  • An unboxing video showing the package being opened

  • Photos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.


4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days depending on your payment method and bank processing times.


5. Conditions for Approval

Refunds or replacements will not be issued in cases of:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Delay caused by courier partners

  • Personal preference outside eligible taste refund conditions (if not applicable to product)

  • Missing unboxing evidence for damaged/wrong product claims
