We currently offer shipping within India only. At this time, we do not support international shipping.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

  • During high-demand periods or sales, processing times may be slightly extended.

3. Shipping & Fulfilment

All orders are fulfilled through trusted third-party logistics (3PL) and courier partners. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with tracking details (if available).

4. Delivery Timeframe

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other locations: 3–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on courier operations, location, and external factors.

5. Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, a tracking link will be shared once your order is shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to become active.

6. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier or logistics disruptions

  • High order volumes

  • Regional or unforeseen operational issues

7. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Refusal to accept delivery

The order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping details at checkout.
